Washington Street Boat Launch Park, 1339 Washington Street in Natchitoches, provides a boat launch, large parking area, improved riverfront and kayak access. Shell Beach Landing on LA 199 South near Natchez provides public access around the middle portion of Cane River Lake. Because lake level or maintenance can temporarily affect individual launches, check current Cane River Waterway Commission notices before your trip.
